Mode of Action
KARZINE is a selective and systemic herbicide from a group called triazines. It is a specific type of chlorotriazine herbicide. It is used to treat broadleaf weeds before as well as after sprouting. It is also used to treat several grassy weeds. It works by inhibiting photosynthesis by binding with the DI protein site at photosystem II. It also inhibits the enzymatic activity in the targeted weeds.
